Can I continue to use my DMX light mixer?

In the liveSHOWsoftware, a DMX universe can be connected to both an input interface and an output interface. In this way, lamps in the liveSHOWsoftware can also be controlled with a hardware console. Here the hadware mixer is connected to the input interface.
The liveSHOWsoftware only accepts values from the input interface if they change (controllers are moved). The liveSHOWsoftware takes control after a scene change again.
This technique is a better alternative than e.g. a DMXMerger, since DMXMerger usually send the highest DMX input value to the lamps and in a scene change it must be paid attention to shut down the hardware controllers.

A DMX interface having both an input port and an output port is e.g. the Enttec DMX USB Pro MK2.

If the hardware mixing console is midifiable, then the complete show (sound, light, media, trigger) programmed in the liveSHOWsoftware can be controlled via the hardware console.
