Why are so few DMX interfaces supported?

The live SHOW software runs on several operating systems. However, hardware manufacturers often only provide drivers for Windows and only offer predefined libraries. In order to make a DMX interface executable on all systems, I am dependent on getting the USB byte protocol from the manufacturer. This is not available for all interfaces.

In addition, the DMX interfaces should be able to buffer the output of the DMX values, there are some in which the computer must deliver the values 40 times per second, this is the usual multithreaded operating systems are not designed, which can lead to unstable sending the DMX values.

If somebody should report an interface that buffers the DMX values and whose byte protocol is to be had, I am happy to integrate it into the software.
