Can I remotely control other hardware with the liveSHOWsoftware?

The liveSHOWsoftware has implemented the SPIT protocol (network protocol). Trigger objects can be added in the media tracks of liveSHOWsoftware. These triggers are sent to all connected SPIT clients. The SPIT client decides for itself what to trigger when such a trigger is played. In principle, any software or hardware that has implemented the SPIT protocol can be controlled via the triggers.

An example is the SPIT_MidiClient software. Here you can specify for each trigger which midi commands should be sent to the connected Midi devices.
This way, midifiable DMX hardware mixers, mixing consoles, etc. can be controlled by the live SHOW software.

Another example is the Raspberry Pi prop control. Here servo motors, relays, LEDs and 433 MHz radios (radio sockets, gadgets) can be controlled from the liveSHOW software.
